Customers may request a return within 7–14 days from the date of delivery. The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.
Exchanges are allowed if the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Replacement items will be shipped after verification of the returned product.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
